Photo postcard of London at night-time.  This beautiful view over the River Thames is from the Victoria Tower of the Houses of Parliament.  The central spire can be seen in the foreground.  Big Ben is next and over to the right is the huge wheel of the London Eye.  The London Eye is 470 feet high and cost 60 million pounds, it's well worth a ride to enjoy the views over London.
